Order Processing

All our athletic apparel is ethically made-to-order using Printful's on-demand production service. Each piece is custom printed, cut, and sewn to your specifications after your order is placed.

  • Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email
  • Your items typically require 2-7 business days for production
  • Shipping time is additional and varies based on location and shipping method selected

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production (USPS First Class)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after production (USPS Priority Mail)

International

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days after production (varies by country)
  • Express International: 5-10 business days after production (varies by country)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships from our production facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package's journey to you by clicking the tracking link in the email.

International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost
  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility
  • Please check your country's customs policies before placing your order

Address Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We are not responsible for packages sent to addresses provided incorrectly
  • For address changes after ordering, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes once production begins

Delivery Issues

In the rare event of:

  • A lost package: Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • A damaged package: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasionally delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing for international orders
